The Tail-Slide

To do a tailslide roll up to the object with it being in front of you. Have your feet in the 180 position. Ollie and do a half 180 and shift your weight to the tail. Land on the the object and keep balanced as you slide. When your ready to come off do a 90 the other way bringing you back into your normal position. Extend your legs and land. Roll away smooth.
