The Pop-ShuvitThe Pop-Shuvit
To do a Pop-Shuvit you will stand in a position somewhat like the ollie except your back foot will be on the middle edge of your tail and your front foot toes will hang over the board a little. Bend your knees and then pop the board and push your your back foot back to make the board spin while dragging your foot quickly and jumping up a little(depending how high you want your pop-shuvit). Pull your knees up in the air and let the board do a complete 180 under you, then quickly extend your feet down on top of the truck bolts. When your wheels touch the ground bend your knees with your weight, and roll away smooth.
