To do a noseslide practice on something low and get used to doing nose stalls. Put your feet in the ollie position, but put your foot more over the truck bolts. Roll up to your object with your back to it. Ollie and do half of a 180 watch your nose and make sure it gets enough of it on. Have most of your weight on the nose. When you want off shift weight off the nose after you 180 out and land with your balance centered. Roll away smooth.
