To do a K-Grind put your back foot as you would a ollie. Put your fron foot right after the front bolts, and a little slanted depending on which way you are coming up to the object. Roll at a little bit of a slant towards to object. Pop the board when your front gets over the object push down and land on the rail crooked. Lean back a little and keep your balance as you slide. When you get to the end try to do a small nollie out, by pushing down on the nose a little and dragging your back foot up a little. You don't have to do this, but is makes it a lot easier to land. As you come down center your feet over the bolts and land balanced, then roll away smooth!
