To do a 5-0 roll up to the object with it in front of you. Come a little at an angle to get on. Have your feet in the ollie position. When you ollie shift your weight to your back foot. Land on the object with just your back truck. Keep your balance, when you get to the end sort of ollie out and then center your weight back on to the truck bolts. Land a nd roll away smooth.
